- English is the official challenge language in application, technical reports and presentations.


- Teams will compete in presenting an unmanned aerial vehicle that can be operated remotely and autonomously.


- Prospective teams will undergo review and down-selection processes based on several milestones.

- Only ten teams will be selected and invited to present their vehicles in the challenge.
